One of the following will be indicated on your Confirmation Form once you have provided your flight information for your key and villa instructions.
 

(a) If Check-in is during office hours, Mon- Fri 9-5pm, visit our Cayman Villas airport office located on the right hand side of the road that leads you away from the terminal area (approx 200 yards) 
(b) If Check-in is after office hours (or flights landing after 3.30pm) please go to the AVIS Car Rental office; turn left from the arrival area and walk along the path to the pedestrian crossing, the car rental plaza is opposite. Give your confirmation to the representative and they will give you the key package.
(c) Keys are to be returned to the Cayman Villas office or AVIS Car Rental office: please do not leave them in the property.

* Check-in is at 3pm
* Check-out is at 11am
