Booking with us is very easy!

When you have chosen the villa that suits you best you can either:

* Call us to establish the availability. We can then place it on 'Hold' for you for 24 hours. If you choose to proceed we can send you a very simple booking/deposit request form to complete or go through this on the phone.

* Book online: each property has up to the minute availablity online for you to check your dates. If you click "book this property" this will take you to an online booking form for you to complete, by submitting this completed form you automatically place the property on hold for your dates. We will then contact you to clarify the rate and any other fine details to ensure this is the perfect property for your vacation.

After the booking is complete we will email you a confirmation for you to check, sign and return at your earliest convenience. Be sure to print a copy and bring it with you as it will have all the information you need to complete your immigration form.
Please note that the tiered rates do not apply during Holiday Dates such as Easter, Christmas and New Years. 

On your Final Confirmation please note where you are to check-in and collect your key package.

Monday to Friday 9am-5pm you are to check-in at our office located just 200 yards from the terminal on the right handside of the road when driving away from the airport.

Outside of our office hours (or flights landing after 3.30pm) please check-in at AVIS Car Rental office. Turn left from the arrivals area and walk along the path to the pedestrian crossing there you will see the car rental plaza opposite. Show the representative your confirmation and they will provide you with the key package.

Also note the property manager contact details on your confirmation, if you have any questions or problems with the property contact them, they are on call to you 24/7 during your stay.

Payment will only be taken after we have communicated with you regarding this booking. We accept major credit cards (V/MC,Discover and AMEX), cashiers cheques, cash (if on island) or travelers cheques. 50% deposit is required to confirm (100% if booking is less than 7 nights or made within 30 days or 60 for Xmas/New Year bookings).  Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival or 60 days prior to arrival for Xmas/New Year bookings and will be automatically charged to the credit card on file unless otherwise advised.
