Monthly Rates
We also have some excellent special monthly rates which apply to almost all our Villas. The rates are noted on each Villa page.
For Summer months the general rule is to multiply the nightly rate by 14, so you pay for 2 weeks and get 4 weeks.
For Winter months, the general rule is to multiply the nightly rate by 21, so you pay for 3 weeks but get 4 weeks.
Not included in this rate are utilities (electricity, water, tel & TV, etc.), daily maid service and any cleaning needed on your departure.
Included in this rate is tax and once weekly maid service where there is normally a daily maid service provided when staying on a nightly basis.
* Special rates and tiered rates are not available during peak holiday times
such as Christmas/New Year, Presidents Week, Easter, 4th of July and
Thanksgiving.
