You will find that the condominium resorts will not allow pets due to the Strata Rules and Regulations. However, we do have a few private villas that allow cats and/or dogs. Please contact us in the first instance with your pets details so we can advise you.

We require a refundable pet deposit of $250 per dog/cat, and this is due with your final payment. If no damage is reported to our office by the property manager on your departure and no additional cleaning is required, then your deposit will be refunded in full. For some properties there is an additional non-refundable pet charge: we will advise you of all charges and deposits before you book.
Cayman Villas is not liable/responsible for any issues or complications that may arise when bringing pets to the Island. There are numerous steps and conditions when bringing a pet to Cayman so check with the Cayman Islands Agriculture Department +(345) 947-3090 prior to booking.
