Nightly Rates:

All rates are in US$ and include tax;  maid service and gratuity are also included for the Seven Mile Beach area (other accomodation providers generally quote the rate excluding the 10% tax and 5-10% gratuity on top of that rate, so beware that there would be an additional 15-20%!) Our rates are also for the maximum number of persons allowed in the villa or condo, although we offer many tiered rates to accomodate varying requirements and budgets. Children under 2 are not counted if they still sleep in a crib. We can provide baby equipment rental providers if the property is not equiped.

The rates will not include cooks, babysitters, pre-stocked groceries, etc. but we are happy to provide you with information of on island companies should you require it.

Many of our villas offer special tiered and honeymoon rates;  Please note these rates do not apply during any holiday period (Eg: Christmas/New Year and Easter)

Monthly Rates:

We also have exceptionally reasonable summer monthly rates (28 days/4 weeks) on select properties.
For summer months, multiply the nightly rate by 21 and receive the last week free! Any additional nights will be pro-rated.

Monthly Rates Include: Gov’t tax and once a week maid service (where maid service is normally provided daily if paying on a nightly basis) as well as utilities (water, electricity, cable TV, internet/WiFi and cleaning on departure.
