Any booking with Cayman Villas is subject to the following:  Villa/Condo rates and details are subject to change without notice.  Cayman Villas holds no responsibility for any change to local area or local services.  

Minimum Age Requirements

Any guest booking a Cayman Villas property must be a minimum of 25 years old.  Cayman Villas will only accept occupancy by a group with a least one guest of 25 years or older.

Children Policy

Whitesands does not allow children under the age of 5 years to stay on this complex.

Payment Method

All major credit cards are accepted :- Discover, Amex, MC, Visa, Travel/Wholesale Agents company business cheques & Bankers drafts/Cashier Checks are also accepted

Security deposit Policy

We require a credit card and client details to be held on file in case of Damages

Payment Policy

We require 50% deposit upon booking if more than 30 days (60 at Xmas) prior to arrival date and 100% within the 30 days (60 at Xmas) bookings or of less than 7 nights.

Booking Requirements

*Booking form to be completed or information taken over the phone including the client credit card billing address.
*50% or 100% payment: for bookings over 7 nights and more than 30 days before the arrival date we require 50% deposit, on bookings less than 7 nights or less than 30 days to arrival date, 100% payment is due upon booking.
*Confirmation Form to be signed by client/agent and returned to Cayman Villas
*Flight details to be provided 30 days prior to arrival day 

Cancellations

* A US$100.00 fee is charged for any change/revision to the booking (No fee if the stay is lengthened)
* For a refund (less $100 + one night advertised rental rate) at least 30 days notice in writing is required.
* For a refund (less $100 + 2 nights advertised rental rate) over Xmas/New Year holidays 60 days written notice is required.
* With less than 30 days notice the deposit (less the penalties stated above) is held on file and can be used for a future stay at the same property within one year, on condition that the property is available and has not been sold.

Transfers

In an unforeseen situation only (eg: property sold or damaged, etc), it may be necessary to transfer guests to alternate accommodations.  We will make every effort to notify guests prior to arrival should this occur and will endeavour to transfer guests to similar or better accommodations.

Our guests are our priority and we endeavour to make the booking process as easy as possible. We will do everything in our power to secure similar or better accommodations in the instance of a transfer, as we ultimately want our guest happy with the move. However, if, for any reason, we are unable to find anything suitable to move the guest to (ie: nothing similar, suitable or available), then the guest will be notified and a full refund will be given at that time. If this occurs, Cayman Villas sincerely apologizes for any inconvenience caused.

Damage/Injury

The cost of any damage/loss NOT reported to Cayman Villas within 24 hours of the guest arrival at the villa/condo will be debited from the guest's credit card held on file.  All properties are NO Smoking; if you smoke in any of our properties your credit card will be charged US$300 damages. Cayman Villas, the property owner and the property manager are not liable/responsible for any loss, damage or injury incurred by any guest or their personal property at any time during their stay.
Weather

If necessary, Cayman Villas will advise clients of its severe weather procedures: if these are not followed the normal cancellation policy applies.  Cayman Villas, the property owner and the property manager are not liable for any loss, damage or injury incurred at any Cayman Villas property as a result of weather conditions.  For further information on our severe weather procedures please contact our office.
