Helping Caymanians in Need

For each confirmed reservation for staycations between 22 June and 31 August, Cayman Villas will donate USD$75 to The Cayman Ark, to assist them with their efforts to feed those in need in the Cayman Islands.

Description

Beach Plum Villa is an open floor plan private villa, located directly on a large beach overlooking the multi-colored Caribbean sea.

This 2 story expansive home is designed to enjoy the open air breezes and outdoors with a large open deck surrounding the freshwater pool. The North Side of Grand Cayman is an unspoiled vacationers dream where you can relax and leave your worries behind you.

A spectacular underwater world awaits you.... the beaches and crystal clear waters beckon. This is the carefree and serene pace of life that vacationers expect. Chisholm's Grocery is a 2 minute walk. Rum Point is 4 miles down the beach. The snorkeling here is superb, and we have (2) thatched palapas for shade on the beach as well as one on the pool deck.

There are excellent beach bars and restaurants within a short drive, including The Wreck Bar at Rum Point, The Kaibo Beach Bar in Cayman Kai, Tukka, Bombay, and the Italian Kitchen in East End and The Lighthouse in Breakers.

** Due to the high cost of utilities and the potential for the system to over work itself due to the temperature outside, there is potential for the system to break down, so it is imperative that the AC thermostats are not set any lower than 74*. We thank all guests for their understanding on this issue.

North Side

North Side is a tiny Caymanian style village on the Northern Coast of the Grand Cayman. It’s easy to miss, but well worth the stop on your way through to the ‘Eastern Districts’, as the locals call them. Most visitors pass through North Side on their way to Rum Point.
