Heading west the Airport is a 20 minute drive; 15 minutes to the famous 7 Mile Beach and central George Town; or heading east, in the other direction, it is a 15 minute drive to the Botanical Gardens, or 25 minutes to the famous Rum Point Beach Bar and Restaurant, where you can enjoy a world famous Mudslide and a swim with the playful stingrays!

Oceans Edge SeaSide Estate is a spectacular home and perfect for a large family, or a group of friends to enjoy a private, relaxing, memorable vacation! Guests can rent just the main house, which has 6 bedrooms and 5.5 baths, or they can rent the whole estate, which includes the 2 bedroom/1 bath apartment above the 3 car garage, to make a total of 8 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms to accommodate up to 16 guests.

** Please note this home is located on the cliffs overlooking the sea, it is NOT LOCATED ON THE BEACH. The pictures of the beach are to show the closest public beach which is called Spotts Beach **

** A Refundable Damage Deposit of US$3,000.00 is required on the day of arrival, and will be refunded within 72 hours of the guests departure. A departure cleaning fee of US$750 will be charged on all bookings**

** This property is available for small weddings and other events. There is a US$5,000 non-refundable event fee, and a US$10,000 refundable damage/security deposit is required the day of check-in. Maximum number of guests permitted on the property, for any event, is 75, and prior approval is required by Cayman Villas. A minimum stay of 5 nights is required, for a maximum of 16 stay-over guests **
