I just wanted to let you know that we had a fantastic time at the Kaibo. The condo was wonderful. We had so much fun at the pool and beach. What a beautiful island. Thank you so much for all your help.
We had A GREAT time! Truly it was the best vacation either of us has had in years... the cottage was great and we loved Little Cayman. We will definitely be back.
Thank you for your help in making our honeymoon memorable - from the booking to the champagne. We appreciate your professionalism and personal touch.

Once home to wealthy treasure hunters, our islands are now home to both natural and human treasures.
Voted "Worlds Friendliest Country" by Forbes' Magazine, Cayman is known for its breathtaking crystal-blue sights, infinite powder-sand beaches and warmth emanating equally from sun and people. That very warmth is what we call Caymankind, a cultural feeling of heart, joy and harmony with nature and with each other.Watch video
North Side is a tiny Caymanian style village on the Northern Coast of the Grand Cayman. Most visitors will pass through on their way to Rum Point – during the ever-so-popular – day trip to the ‘Eastern Districts’ as they are referred to locally. This pass-through village is one that you might think you missed if you’re not careful
The Seven Mile Beach corridor hosts many condos and resorts, hotels, shops and restaurants, combined with the Camana Bay development, on the opposite side of the strip, that provides high-end waterfront shopping, a large cinema complex, plus several restaurants, bars and a weekly outdoor local produce market every Wednesday.
If you are arriving by car, you’ll know you are almost at Rum Point/Cayman Kai by the ‘vacation-style’ homes that begin to appear with cute signs named by their owners in fun island-style names such as; ‘Kailypso’. This area of the island truly feels like a vacation village – even for those who live here. Similar to a cottage town in North America only in the Caribbean and still very restful and quiet unlike something that has become more commercialized.
The most remote and picturesque part of Grand Cayman can be found in the Eastern Districts of Grand Cayman, including the quaint Caymanian village of East End. This side of the island also boasts the highest elevations, which makes the peaceful drive around this side of the island even more scenic - with many stretches overlooking the bluff.
This area of the island truly feels like the Caribbean with quaint colourful cottages, winding roads with a great selection of local restaurants and Cayman’s most famous attractions like Hell, Turtle Farm, the Kittiwake and Barker’s Beach - where you may catch a view of the kite surfers.
Little Cayman is truly little as the name states! Only ten miles in length and one in width and fewer than 200 people residing there. ‘Little’, as it is affectionately called by locals, is an amazing destination for scuba diving, snorkeling and of course some good old rest and relaxation. Visitors enjoy beach-combing, bird watching, bone-fishing and chilling in a hammock.
The South Coast of the island describes the area between George Town as it stretches along towards Bodden Town up to Frank Sound. This beautiful coastline is more rugged than Seven Mile Beach, yet has many stretches of white sandy beach, many of which are commonplace for snorkeling, kayaking or even kiteboarding and surfing during windy days.
Historic Bodden Town is just a 1 minute drive away for exploring Mission House or the quaint shops and restaurants. This is a convenient location on the south coast of Grand Cayman-half way between Cayman Kai/Rum Point and Seven Mile Beach.
George Town is the capital of the Cayman Islands and is the hub for duty-free shopping thanks to the busy port that receives up to 1.2 Million cruise passengers each year. It is also home of many offices that house many of the banks, accountancy and law firms that make this one of the largest financial centres in the world. During the day there are often 2-3 cruise ships in port that add to the hustle and bustle of this tiny ‘city’ centre. By night the cargo port comes to life bringing all materials that sustain the island. Taking a day trip to the centre of George Town can be filled with sightseeing, people watching or dining at one of the many restaurants along the waterfront.
We have been involved from the beginning with Penny Cumber and Cayman Villas. It has always been a pleasure as Penny is one of the most honest, professional, precise and patient ( as I have not always been as proficient as she always is), and she keeps meticulous records of phone calls, emails, letters and has helped me in the past on the financial reports when I have lost figures. Penny has cared for her clients, checks her properties to insure they are in the ready and in the best condition. There has never been one problem between us since the beginning which is a very glowing recommendation.
The villa surpassed our expectations! It was the perfect property and Cayman Villas were the perfect host! Thank you for the best snorkelling EVER!! Rebecca from the UK.
Excellent experience for our first visit to Grand Cayman. We will definitely be back. Beautiful Island! John from New Jersey
