Find paradise at this recently renovated and upgraded 4-bedroom, beachfront villa with a spacious back deck overlooking the sparkling Caribbean Sea. Nicely shaded by coconut trees and looking out over the ocean, you can enjoy the most amazing views and breezes in sheer comfort! Enjoy a memorable oceanfront barbecue on your private grill, and then kick off your flip-flops for a sunset stroll along the shore. This stretch of beach is one of the island’s best, with soft sand and gentle turquoise waves.

Inside the villa, you will find bright, airy living spaces, including a living room with dramatic sea views and a den leading to the back deck. There is a full bathroom on the main level, you will also find a private bedroom with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom downstairs from the main living area, which makes for a great escape. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms including a King in the master, Queen in the 2nd and twins in the 3rd bedroom, so there is plenty of bedding for everyone in your group! This villa sleeps a total of 8 guests comfortably.

All beach and bathroom linens are provided, including sheets, bath towels, and big, fluffy beach towels. High speed Wi-Fi is included, and there is a lovely desk/office area to quietly catch up on your emails or get back in touch with the office if you need too! There is a cell phone provided, allowing you to make free local calls and book your favorite restaurant for lunch or dinner! A Washer/Dryer, hair dryer and gourmet Coffee Maker are also in the unit for use during your stay!

Even better, at Caribbean Paradise 7, you are able to enjoy the perks of resort-style living, with access to the condo complex’s freshwater swimming pool and tennis court. Yet you share no walls with anyone, this villa is completely standalone and private, with lovely foliage to keep it secluded from the neighbors on either side! The complex is occupied by mostly local residents with very few offering vacation rentals, this makes the location very relaxing as during the day most people are at work!

The villa is in a wonderful location, with tropical-island serenity combined with close proximity to George Town. The snorkeling is fantastic in the protected reef area plus a shipwreck just visible from the shoreline offers a great marine environment to explore! Just a 5-minute drive away, George Town offers a whole host of activities and adventures like delicious restaurants, boutique shopping, boat charters, parasailing, diving, and a lot more. This villa truly is paradise!
