This oceanfront development allows you to walk to your favorite snorkel spots, Kirk Supermarket, restaurants, shops, bars, gym, pharmacy, downtown George Town and much more! This two bedroom, two bathroom condo is extremely spacious in every aspect. There is a large open concept kitchen/living/dining area, a large enclosed porch, which feels like a second living room and dining room, two master bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, as well as a large utility/laundry room. The ground floor access to the pool and beach is easy and seamless, especially for those of you with smaller children or elderly guests. The Seven Mile Beach Corridor is highly desired and this oceanfront location cannot be beat!
The owners have spent a great deal of time and energy decorating and furnishing this unit to be the perfect 'beachy retreat' and they have succeeded. The furnishings, decor, pillows, linens, and wall art all come together to make guests feel welcome amd encouraged to relax and enjoy their vacation!
Poinsettia is the most southerly condominium complex on Seven Mile Beach and enjoys easy access to the capital, George Town.
Although the beach in this area is not as pristine as others on Seven Mile Beach, Poinsettia offers incredible shoreline views, magical snorkelling and amazing shore diving. Just off shore there is a sunken ship/wreck which is a must see for snorkellers and divers alike!With just twenty-four apartments in the complex, a large freshwater swimming pool, and ocean front cabana, and seating area, Pointsettia offers guests all they need for a memorable Caribbean vacation!
To the immediate North of Poinsettia is Cocoplum Condos and to the south is Pageant Beach, a seven acre plot of land, which is currently under construction and will become home to the new Grand Hyatt, Grand Cayman. There are privacy barriers and walls in place, so you will not hear any noise when you are inside the unit.
Beyond this is The Wharf restaurant, on the seaside, which is a wonderful steak and seafood restaurant, that has been in business for over 50 years, so you must go for dinner during your stay, as the food, the staff, the ambiance, and the feeding of the tarpon all makes for a very memorable dining experience. Across from the Wharf is a shopping plaza, with a liquor store, an Indian Restaurant, KFC and a cellular repair/sales shop!

Seven Mile Beach
The Seven Mile Beach corridor is alive with plenty of entertainment and accommodation options. Chose from condo, hotel or resort accommodation, with access to the Camana Bay development on the opposite side of the strip. There you’ll find everything from high-end waterfront shopping, to a large cinema complex, plus several restaurants, bars and a weekly outdoor local produce market every Wednesday.
